Anwelt Heritage Apartments The Anwelt Heritage Apartments are eco-friendly affordable senior housing units in Fitchburg, MA. I was working with a pre-existing logo on this project, and tried to counteract its somewhat cold, utilitarian feel with an airy layout and imagery that would make it seem more welcoming to the building’s intended residents. The larger type size is also geared towards the senior audience.
